When one of Canada’s largest energy service companies was ready to announce their recent merger and resulting rebrand to their employees and the world, they called The Farm.
Enercare’s corporate merger was celebrated by 1,000 employees in spectacular Farm fashion: We delivered a high-energy event that didn’t just unveil the brand to staff, we engaged and excited them.
Our day kicked off with an inspiring video recognizing the year’s accomplishments. Sophisticated, upbeat, and entertaining, it paved the way for a rousing unveiling of Enercare’s new logo. For the big reveal, employees stood and cheered through an incredible multi-media choreographed stage show set to the 2001: A Space Odyssey soundtrack,
and accompanied by live timpani drummers and contemporary dancers. How could we present the next agenda item – new uniforms – with the same fanfare? By turning the very idea of uniforms on its head. The Farm staged a fun-filled employee fashion show, introducing the company’s new apparel with as much excitement as this season’s finest haute couture – much to the delight of the audience.
And to cap things off, we unveiled Enercare’s new vehicle branding in the most dramatic way possible: we pulled the curtain on a freshly re-branded truck right there on stage.

For more than a decade, The Farm has planned and executed TD’s most prestigious annual R&R program – Vision in Action. Imagine five days of spectacular celebrations. Who wouldn’t want to join the ranks of TD’s elite employees?
Hosted in a different North American destination each year, the program makes Vision in Action recipients and their guests the stars of an unforgettable experience. We start with a spirited welcome party featuring personal greetings from senior executives. Once warmly received, we treat them to incredible once-in-a-lifetime hosted activities themed around their picturesque location and designed to celebrate their achievements.
The festivities are capped off with a sumptuous black-tie gala wherein TD’s CEO, Bharat Masrani, provides individual recognition to each employee. Yes, it’s exactly as grand and memorable as you think!

To help our TD Bank Credit Card partners launch TD Visa Aeroplan, The Farm created a truly unique, multi-platform campaign around the concept of international escapes.
To kick things off, we delivered one mysterious package to each TD branch across the country. Employees wondered at the locked boxes, which had been designed to look like well-travelled suitcases. We waited while the buzz grew. When the launch date finally arrived, a series of carefully-orchestrated events occurred simultaneously in call centres across the country. There were travel-themed amusements, gourmet foods from around the world, entertainment, and gifts – all delivering an experience of international fun.
Employees enjoyed themselves and we created a high degree of profile, both internally and externally, for the new product. TD’s launch could not have gone any better. Until we took it one step further. The final phase of the product launch occurred during transition, when TD customers moved from their current cards to Aeroplan – a very busy and challenging time for employees. The Farm helped ease this transition with individual information kits and then helped staff celebrate their success with themed events across the country. Now that’s a well-rounded communication roll-out!
